How Programs Are Delivered

Programs are delivered through cohort-based sessions facilitated by certified Olympians Program Facilitators. Delivery formats may include virtual, in-person, or hybrid models, depending on partner needs.

  • Scholarship-supported cohorts administered by Leadership WINGS Foundation
  • Pilot initiatives designed to evaluate and refine outcomes

Scholarship-Supported Participation

Through Leadership WINGS Foundation, select participants may receive scholarship-supported access to approved leadership programs. Scholarship initiatives are intentionally scoped, board-approved, and aligned to responsible program delivery.
